Your tasks:
- Independent planning, organization and implementation of national and international trade fair participations and events
- Coordination of all project phases from conception to follow-up
- You will draft presentations, offers and cost calculations and manage the budget planning for ongoing projects
- You are responsible for managing suppliers (z.B. Messebauer, Catering, Fotografen, Eventausstattung, etc.)
- Customer communication and maintaining customer relationship
- Managing and motivating our service providers and partners
- Identifying trends and innovations in the trade fair and event sector

What we expect from you:
You have completed training in architecture, technical drawing or design. Alternatively, you come from the carpentry trade or have a comparable qualification.
Career changers with a passion for creative design and spatial thinking are expressly welcome.
- Confident handling of relevant software tools for 2D and 3D design (e.g. AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
- Creativity, innovative spirit and a good feel for design and trends
- Craftsmanship skills are an advantage to ensure feasibility
- Experience in project management, ideally in the trade fair and event sector
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally (e.g. China, UAE, India, USA)
- Identification of trends and innovations
- Good to very good knowledge of German and English
