A Celebratory Launch – Terminal Opening in Neuss

To mark the opening of the new container terminal in Neuss, we supported Contargo GmbH in realizing an exclusive event ensemble. Directly in front of the new administrative building, we installed a high-end glass marquee to provide a prestigious setting for the official opening speeches. The transparent architecture of the tent emphasized the company’s openness and offered invited guests a protected space that simultaneously provided a clear view of the impressive new site. A hybrid seating concept, featuring both classic chairs and communicative high tables, created a dynamic atmosphere for the professional networking that followed.

Port-City Flair and Logistical Insights

The event concept extended far beyond the central marquee across the entire outdoor area. Amidst the authentic harbor backdrop, decentralized catering tents and high tables invited guests to linger in the fresh air, while a mobile walking band provided an inspiring and upbeat mood. To make the scale of the new hub for inland vessels and rail truly tangible, we coordinated guided terminal tours via shuttle bus. This allowed guests to experience the technological power of the three new container cranes firsthand – an event that perfectly combined maritime logistics with premium hospitality.
