Painting Hafenstraße Orange

In close collaboration with our partner agency Piratas, we had the pleasure of delivering a special employee event for the ifm group at Essen’s Stadion an der Hafenstraße in July 2026. As a long-standing jersey sponsor of Rot-Weiss Essen, the home ground offered the ideal backdrop to express appreciation to the team. The event kicked off with exclusive stadium tours before guests took in the views of the interior and stands, brilliantly illuminated in ifm's signature orange. On the main stage on the first floor, stand-up comedian Luisa Charlotte Schulz delivered a home-game performance, followed by live music from cover band Westbunch and a DJ who kept the party going late into the night.

Collaborative Execution & Technical Production

To ensure seamless branding and event ops, we provided full AV and event technology for the first-floor space—complemented by custom graphics, window decals, floor stickers, and table soccer areas for some friendly competition. Guests were catered to with a professional coffee bar and an interactive cocktail bar featuring flair bartenders. It was a thoroughly successful summer evening brought to life through great teamwork alongside Piratas and the ifm crew.
